Rollanda Kamara, RN, BSN, serves as Nurse Manager at Mainspring Recovery. With over eight years of experience in psychiatric nursing, specializing in eating disorders and substance use, she is committed to providing empathetic, evidence-based, and comprehensive care. Her philosophy centers on the belief that mental health is a multifaceted, treatable condition and that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and the support necessary to pursue recovery and fulfillment.
With a background in psychiatric nursing, Rollanda specializes in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques. At Mainspring Recovery, Rollanda manages the Nursing department for both the Residential and PHP Programs at the Dumfries location.
