With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning mental health, substance abuse treatment, geriatric care, and home health services, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate leadership to her role. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Laqueena has developed deep expertise in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, wound care, home health, hospice, and behavioral health. Her extensive clinical background has shaped a leadership style that is both compassionate and firm — one that holds her team to high standards while empowering them to grow into strong leaders themselves. She believes that effective leadership means recognizing and meeting the unique needs of her staff while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.
At Mainspring Recovery, Laqueena oversees day-to-day residential operations under the guidance of the Residential Director. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, managing staff scheduling, conducting interviews, leading ongoing training initiatives, and directly investigating and resolving client concerns to maintain the highest standards of care. Through her leadership, Laqueena works to ensure that Mainspring’s mission of restoring hope, strengthening lives, and supporting meaningful, sustainable recovery is reflected in every aspect of residential operations.
