Karon Harris, BS, CSAC, QMHP-A, and CSAC Supervisor, serves as Clinical Supervisor at Mainspring Recovery. She brings nineteen years of experience in behavioral health, mental health stabilization, and substance use disorder treatment. Karon is committed to supporting individuals as they engage in internally inspired change, healing, and reconciliation, empowering them to move toward the life they deserve to live.

With a strong background in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, Karon specializes in mental health treatment, crisis de-escalation, client advocacy, and improving individual outcomes through the application of CBT and DBT techniques. Her approach is rooted in human-centered care, evidence-based best practices, and a deep understanding of the impact addiction has on individuals, families, and communities. Shaped by the loss of her sister, Karon recognizes that addiction is not solely an individual concern, but a human experience that requires compassion, accountability, and comprehensive support.
