Jessica Daniels, BSHA, serves as Director of Compliance at Mainspring Recovery, bringing 15 years of healthcare experience. She has developed a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and organizational growth. Guided by integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement, Jessica is committed to supporting operational excellence and high-quality care across the organization.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Jessica has worked with startup healthcare organizations in both the United States and Israel. Her experience in growing organizations has shaped a leadership style rooted in adaptability, hands-on problem-solving, and a commitment to driving meaningful change. She specializes in developing and maintaining compliance programs that support organizational success and sustainable growth.
At Mainspring Recovery, Jessica leads compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, supports licensing audits, and helps maintain CARF accreditation standards. She is dedicated to strengthening compliance practices while helping ensure the organization delivers compassionate, effective care to individuals on their recovery journey.
