With 13 years of experience in facilities operations and a strong background supporting behavioral health programs, she believes that the physical environment is an essential part of the recovery journey. Her philosophy is that a safe, organized, and well-maintained facility creates the foundation for healing, allowing both clients and staff to feel supported, respected, and empowered. Jacky’s leadership is rooted in service, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a commitment to creating environments where people can thrive.

 

Jacky’s professional background is rooted in facilities operations, executive administration, and organizational leadership. Her expertise includes facilities management, project coordination, vendor relations, safety and compliance, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration. She is passionate about developing efficient systems that improve daily operations and strengthen the overall client and staff experience.

At Mainspring Recovery, Jacky oversees facility operations across multiple levels of care, leading maintenance, housekeeping, food services, front desk administration, vendor partnerships, and special projects. She works closely with leadership to improve workflows, enhance the client environment, and ensure the organization’s facilities operate safely and efficiently in support of Mainspring’s mission.

Jacky is motivated by the opportunity to create lasting, positive change through both people and processes. She believes that even the smallest improvements can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day and is committed to leaving every space, system, and team better than she found it.
