Dr. Alexandra Daniel, PhD, LPC, serves as Clinical Director at Mainspring Recovery, where she provides strategic leadership for clinical services, program development, and treatment quality. With extensive experience in behavioral health, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, and substance use disorder services, she is committed to advancing evidence-based, client-centered care that supports lasting recovery.
Dr. Daniel holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor. Her areas of expertise include trauma-informed care, complex trauma, psychological and relational abuse, narcissistic abuse recovery, co-occurring disorders, crisis stabilization, clinical supervision, workforce development, and program design. Throughout her career, she has worked across community mental health, emergency services, private practice, and residential treatment settings, dedicating much of her work to supporting individuals impacted by trauma, substance use disorders, and high-conflict relationship dynamics. This diverse experience has shaped her systems-oriented approach to leadership, which emphasizes clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Daniel oversees clinical operations, staff development, and treatment service delivery. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen programming, support professional growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve client outcomes. A passionate advocate for clinician development and mentorship, she is committed to cultivating strong clinical leaders and fostering environments where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
