Vice President of Operations

Devon Cavanaugh Chamberlin, LCSW, CSAC, serves as Vice President of Operations at Mainspring Recovery. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor since 2019, Devon brings more than 12 years of experience in substance use and mental health treatment across residential, outpatient, and acute crisis stabilization settings. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care and operational excellence that supports both staff and the individuals served.

Devon earned a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and has built her professional career working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Her clinical expertise includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Her background includes extensive experience in behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, clinical operations, and systems coordination, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on delivering effective and accessible care.

At Mainspring Recovery, Devon oversees operational initiatives that support the organization’s mission of providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment services. She works closely with leadership and staff to strengthen organizational systems, enhance the client experience, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical integrity. Through her leadership, Devon is dedicated to ensuring Mainspring continues to provide compassionate and effective care to individuals on their recovery journey.
