Amanda Kube serves as Director of Talent Acquisition at Mainspring Recovery, where she brings corporate and agency recruiting experience with nearly 6 years of expertise in fast-growing behavioral health startups. She has developed a well-rounded background in behavioral health recruiting while leveraging technology, strong workflows, and structure to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency. Amanda is committed to leading with integrity and is driven by collaboration and teamwork.
With a dual bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing, with a minor in Communications, Amanda’s educational foundation combined with her hands-on experience has shaped a talent partner approach with hiring managers and a collaborative team-first leadership style. Her core areas of focus include full life cycle recruiting, candidate experience, talent acquisition operations, and talent systems management.
At Mainspring, Amanda leads Talent Acquisition efforts to support the growth of the organization and bring on mission-driven staff aligned to Mainspring’s core values. While her role does not involve direct client care, Amanda believes strongly that she makes a meaningful impact through the quality of talent she and her team bring to the organization — ensuring that every person hired is equipped and inspired to deliver exceptional care to the clients Mainspring serves.
