Rudolph H. Carey, III, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and Certified Substance Abuse Rehabilitation professional, serves as Director of Residential Services at Mainspring Recovery. With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction recovery, he is committed to providing compassionate, structured, and faith-informed care that empowers individuals to achieve lasting recovery.
With a background in Psychology and Evangelism, Rudolph specializes in residential treatment, case management, counseling support, and recovery-focused programming. His approach is rooted in a holistic philosophy that blends clinical knowledge with compassion, accountability, and faith-based encouragement — shaped by years of direct service work with individuals and families impacted by addiction and homelessness.
At Mainspring, Rudolph leads residential services operations, overseeing programming, staff development, and client care to ensure a structured and supportive environment for those in recovery. He is dedicated to upholding the dignity of every individual served and works to ensure that Mainspring’s mission of healing, accountability, and lasting recovery is reflected in every aspect of residential programming.
