Rudolph Carey

Director of Residential Services

Rudolph began his career in 2008 working as a technician at a homeless shelter in Fredericksburg,VA. In 2009, he was promoted to Case Manager. While attending Germanna Community College to study Psychology, he discovered a passion for helping individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). After nearly five years as a Case Manager, Rudolph transitioned into a Counseling role at FCCR in 2013.

He continued to advance his education, earning a Certificate in Rehabilitation Services from Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) and later completing his Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies: Evangelism at Liberty University.

In November 2023, Rudolph joined Mainspring as a Group Facilitator. By 2024, he transitioned into the role of CSAC-Supervisee. Most recently, in February 2025, he stepped into a leadership role as the Director of Residential Services.

Rudolph is deeply committed to transforming lives, strengthening the Residential Services program, and advancing the mission of Mainspring.
