Dr. Nicole Erkfitz, LCSW, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mainspring Recovery, bringing experience in behavioral health leadership and clinical innovation. She holds a Doctorate in Social Work and is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive training in trauma-informed care—an approach that guides both her clinical philosophy and operational leadership.

Throughout her career, Dr. Erkfitz has led with a deep understanding of how systems,relationships, and environments impact individual healing. At Mainspring Recovery, she oversees the day-to-day operations, ensures the delivery ofhigh-quality, client-centered care, and fosters a culture of accountability, empathy, and professional growth.
