Licensed in both New York and Virginia, Casey has a proven track record of helping high-growth healthcare organizations navigate complex compliance landscapes with integrity and precision.

Casey is a New York licensed attorney and healthcare and federal reimbursement subject matter expert. She has spent over 10 years supporting early and mid-stage, high-growth companies to develop and expand their business models.
Casey blends her compliance background and experience building quality workflows and process improvement solutions to find creative answers to healthcare’s most unique problems. Casey’s specialties include people and project management, regulatory compliance, facility licensure, reimbursement, provider licensure and scope of practice, and accreditation.
Prior to joining Mainspring, Casey was Senior Counsel at Nixon Gwilt Law, a boutique healthcare innovation firm. She also served as a member of the compliance and privacy team and as digital health, regulatory, and quality performance specialist for a top New York City hospital during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier in her career, Casey served as quality and compliance manager for Insight Telepsychiatry (now Array Behavioral Care), a multi-state provider of digital behavioral health services.
