Brittney Schuessler
Brittney Schuessler brings fifteen years of experience in operational effectiveness and leadership across both startup and large organizational settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She is currently serving as Chief of Staff for the organization.
Her professional background spans administrative and executive roles, including founding a successful business in 2016 and serving as a Region Director at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. Her expertise lies in strategic operations, team development, and scaling service-based organizations.
As Chief of Staff at Mainspring, Brittney plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing internal processes, and driving the execution of the organization’s mission in the recovery space.
Brittney leads with a servant’s heart and a growth mindset. She is deeply connected to her purpose in the recovery community. Outside of work, she enjoys rescuing animals, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her family.
