Jasmin Araujo

Jasminis a Registered Nurse with a BSN and over a decade of nursing experience across various roles in healthcare. She joined Mainspring Recovery in May 2023 as a floor nurse and quickly moved into leadership, first as Nurse Manager and now as Director of Nursing. In this role, she oversees nursing operations and works closely with her team to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

Jasmin is passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building a team culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and respect. Her leadership approach focuses on structure and stability—key foundations for both client recovery and staff success.

With astrong commitment to patient-centered care and team development, she continues to grow as a leader in the field of substance use treatment.
